There are 5 AMAL Tips to develop a growth mindset to tackle the challenges of life.

  1. Self Talk
  2. Get out of your comfort zone
  3. Create new habits
  4. Ask people help
  5. Fake it till you make it

Life is not a bed of roses. Every day we face new challenges and every challenge gives us a lesson. Benjamin Flanklin said, “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me & I learn.”

These 5 tips summerize the journey of one’s lifelong learning and of growth mindset. Self talk ensures to main positive vibes in us & keeps us motivated. Pushing ourselves out of comfort zone enables us to take challenges & grow through it. Strong habits paves our way for success as Brian Tracy said, “Successful people are simply those with successful habits.”Taking feedback from our dears help us improve & look back at our mistakes. Fake it till make it shows our will achieve that high target. These tips are merely the pursuit of wisdom. Elbert Einstein said, “Wisdom is not a product of schooling but of the lifelong attempt to achieve it.”

Among these my favorite tip is ‘Get out of your comfort zone.’ It is because all we learn is by putting us in challenging situations. It helps us to use our mind to solve triky hurdles, to think for sollution and how to operate in higher mindset. Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.It is said that, “ Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.”

I have started implementing 'Ask people Help' i.e. I have started to take feedback from my friends & family. It helped me alot in accessing my strengths and weaknesses. I have also started to creat new habits. I am develoing a habit of book reading and accessing myself at the end of day.

From now on I will try my best to adopt 5 tips of AMAL to develop growth mindset. I am eager to push myself outside of comfort zone and take new challenges.
